Integration with the German Commercial Register

We Have Launched a Direct API Integration with the German Commercial Register

We have launched a direct API integration with the German commercial register via Handelsregister.ai.

This marks an important milestone in our European expansion and enables seamless company verification in Germany as part of our cross-border infrastructure. With the EU Data Act driving greater access to standardized and interoperable data across member states, businesses can expect faster access to reliable company information, more automated compliance processes, and more efficient cross-border establishment. Our new integration is a concrete step aligned with this regulatory and technological shift.

We have already supported our first German pilot customer, Hey Pall, in expanding to Norway. Hey Pal is a Cologne-based retail and trade marketing agency supporting brands—particularly in the sports and outdoor sectors—in increasing visibility and driving sales performance. They specialize in strategic brand activation at the point of sale through targeted recruitment of brand ambassadors, shopper insights, and structured sales support.

Their services cover visual merchandising, in-store activations, training, event execution, and digital e-commerce support. By combining operational excellence with data-driven insights, Hey Pal helps brands strengthen their market presence and create measurable impact across retail environments.

Founded in 2013, Hey Pal has built strong experience working with leading brands across the DACH region, delivering tailored solutions that align marketing strategy with on-the-ground sales execution.

As the next step, we are implementing the German e-ID solution, Personalausweis. This will enable strong digital identity verification, shorter onboarding times, and enhanced regulatory security. The objective is to deliver a fully digital, API-driven German customer journey — from company data to personal identification.

We are now looking for additional German pilot customers operating in, or planning to expand into, the Nordics. Companies that want to test and help refine next-generation European onboarding infrastructure are encouraged to get in touch.
