Careers at Intermediary AS
Build the digital infrastructure that connects Europe.

Intermediary AS is developing a breakthrough platform that enables fully automated, cross-border company formation across Europe. Our work addresses one of the EU’s biggest structural challenges: fragmented administrative systems that slow down entrepreneurship, growth, and mobility.
What We Are Building
We are building technology that removes borders for businesses.

Our core product is an interoperability engine that allows company formation processes to run automatically across jurisdictions. By combining automation, structured data exchange, regulatory logic, and secure identity frameworks, we replace manual, error-prone procedures with scalable digital workflows.
Our platform is already used in real cross-border incorporations, and we are expanding toward EU-wide deployment. This is not theoretical innovation. It is operational deep tech.
Why Work With Us
At Intermediary, you work on problems that matter at a European scale.

- Real customers and live cross-border workflows
- Deep-tech product with strong regulatory foundation
- Direct impact on SMEs, public authorities, and the Single Market
- Clear ownership and short decision paths
- Close collaboration with legal, regulatory, and technical domains
Your work contributes directly to reducing administrative burden and enabling business growth across Europe.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for people who want to build foundational infrastructure, not surface-level features.

You might be a good fit if you:
- Care about solving complex, real-world problems
- Understand that technology must align with law, policy, and users
- Take ownership and think in systems, not silos
- Want your work to scale beyond a single market
Experience matters—but the ability to think clearly across domains matters more.
