Our core services combine automated digital solutions with professional support. We collaborate with third-party service providers, particularly in hosting (e.g., Microsoft Azure), identity verification, and digital infrastructure.

4. Key Findings

To date, we have not uncovered any violations of human rights or unacceptable working conditions within our operations or among our partners. Identified risks related to technology vendors and data processing are being monitored actively.

5. Further Improvements

In 2025, we plan to:

• Expand supplier mapping in case of international expansion
• Introduce an annual review of supplier compliance
• Launch an anonymous whistleblowing channel via our website
